Ingredients:

Cabbage

Oil (coconut)

Hing

Cumin

Chilli

Cilantro

Lemon

 

Method:

Cabbage should be finely chopped.

Keep the cabbage in a little water. Then squeeze the water out.

Add salt,  finely chopped cilantro, and if you like add small pieces of green chilies. Mix together.

Heat Oil in sauce pan. Add cumin + Hing + green chillies and poured the hot oil mix on the cabbage.

Mix well and squeeze the lemon into it.
