Avocado Hummus

30gr yogurt (I’m using greek yogurt- it should be a thick yogurt) approx 2 spoons; 1 avocado; 250gr chickpeas (boiled); garlic; black pepper; chili (if you like).


Mix chickpeas with the avocado and yogurt using a food processor until you have them as a thick paste. In case it is too thick(you decide how you like it to be) add more yogurt. Grinded the garlic and add it in the mixture along with all the other spices and stir everything.

It can be used as a sauce or directly on bread.
