Carrot Corn soup

Ingredients:

1 carrot

1 corn (maize)

Salt and pepper for taste

Butter 1tsp

 

Method:

Grate carrot and corn seeds.

Heat butter in cooking bowl.

Add grated carrot and corn.

Saute till the ingredients shrink.

Add water till you get thick consistency.

Add pepper and salt as per taste.

Add Cream (optional)

Bring to boil. Filter and serve hot.
