150gm Chick Pea
100gm capsicum finally chopped
2tbsp coriander chopped
Salt, chilly flakes and Lemon juice to taste
Soak chick pea (in case of uncooked) in water for 6-8 hours.
Cook the chick pea by boiling in water, till it is soft enough for eating.
Take it off the flame, allow it to cool. Strain water from the boiled chick pea.
Take extra virgin olive oil in a pan; put the chopped capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the boiled chick peas in the pan. Add chilly flakes and salt as per taste.
Add coriander and mix well. Squeeze the lemon over the mix and serve.
