Get rid of sugar cravings especially in the afternoon when sugar levels drop around 1-3pm, with this one.
– 2T coconut oil (Coconut oil produces feelings of satiety/rids sugar cravings)
– 1/2t rice malt syrup
– 1/2t maca powder
– 1 cup unsweetened HOT almond milk
– 1T cacao powder OR 1T chocolate protein powder.
– Sprinkle of cinnamon (cinnamon helps control blood sugar levels).
Remember that this ‘slump’ is normal (& can be stronger if you’re sleep deprived) as your circadian body clock is strongest at 3pm (Your body naturally wants to nap around this time & can drop in energy levels).
