1 chicken breast; 2 spoons sweet mustard(you can also add dijon if you like it better); 3 cloves of garlic grinded (you can use 1 tablespoon of garlic powder); black pepper
Mix the mustard with the grinded garlic and black pepper until you have a homogeneous paste. Wash the chicken breast(i always wash it so it won’t dry when cooked) and take the water with a paper towel(just the excess of it). Add a baking paper on an oven tray and add the chicken breast(i don’t cut it, I let it as big as it is) and add the mustard paste on both sides of the chicken as much as to cover it. Heat your over at 200 Celsius and let it in the oven for about 30 min. It has to form a brown crust on it. In case you don’t know if it is well done, just cut the breast on the thick part and see if it is all white or having still some traces of blood on it. In case it is not white, let it 10 min more.
