Ingredients:
1 whole egg
1 scoop of protein powder  – here I used chocolate flavour powder
Cinnamon powder

Raisins – if desired.

Method:

Crack an egg into a bowl.

Then add one scoop or protein powder and 1/4 Tablespoon of cinnamon.

Mix everything together until their is no more dry powder left and put in microwave for about 1 minute.
