Red Kidney beans:- 2 Cups (cooked)
Onion:- 1/2 chopped
Capsicum:- 1/2 chopped
Olive Oil:- 1 Tbsp
Cumin seeds:- 1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds:- 1/2 Tsp
Salt as per taste
Lemon Juice:- 1/2 lemon
1) In a medium bowl combine together beans, corn, tomato, capsicum & mix everything well and set aside.
2)Heat oil in a non stick pan on medium heat, when hot add cumin and mustard seeds, when they start to crackle salt and beans mixture ( from step one), mix everything well..cook for 2-3 minutes.
3)Take the pan off the heat and mix lemon juice.
Serve hot or at room temperature..Enjoy 🙂
