Ingredients:

(Makes 5-6  serves ) 

– Cucumber – 1 small chopped

– Carrot – 1 small chopped

– Tomato – 1 small chopped

– Beet root – 1/2 cup chopped

– Cabbage – 1/2 cup shredded

– Onion- 1 small chopped

– Salad leaves – 1/3 cup  chopped

– Coriander leaves

– red chili flakes, roasted cumin seed powder

– Salt and lemon juice to taste

(You can add greek yogurt to this recipe too, If you wish to, add 1 cup yogurt).

(The original recipe  consists of roasted groundnut powder, but I avoid it for weight loss purpose. You can use it in limited quantities if you wish)

Procedure –

Mix all the above mentioned ingredients in a pan and this colorful salad is all yours to enjoy.
