Ingredients:

Tomatoes – 100 gms

Carrots – 100 gms

Onion – 1 piece

Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves

Pepper powder and salt – as per taste.

Coriander leaves – for garnishing.

Method:

Finely chop tomatoes, carrots, onion and garlic.

Boil all this till soft.

Smash all the matter to form a fine paste.

In separate container, add the fine paste. Heat it to boil.

Add pepper and salt as desire.

Garnish with coriander.
