Tomato – cucumber salad

Ingredients –

Cucumber – 2 medium sized
Tomato (finely chopped) – 1 large sized
Curds – ¾ cup
Salt – to taste
Coriander springs (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – ¼ tbsp

Procedure –

  • Peel, wash and cut the cucumber in 2 halves. Deseed and finely chop them.
  • In a bowl mix the cucumber, cucumber, red chili powder, coriander springs, and roasted peanut powder together.
  • Add the curds to this mixture and mix well.
  • Add salt just before serving.
