Mix in a bowl – Small bunch Parsley, Small bunch kale, 2 garlic cloves (everything chopped), Turkey mince, pinch cayenne pepper, pinch Himalayan salt + pinch ground pepper.
Shape mixture into patties & fry with coconut oil on med-high heat for 1-2 mins on each side (until lightly brown). Reduce heat low-med & cook for further 2-3 mins on each side or until just cooked.
Serve with salad leaves, tomato & cucumber drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
