A nutritious breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert.
1 cup chia seeds, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt, 3 vanila beans (Scrape out the inside of the bean to mix in then throw in the pod too), 1/4 cup sultanas.
Mix ingredients then refrigerate for 1hr or overnight.
Remove vanilla bean pods & serve with coconut youghurt, mango & ground cinnamon on top.
