Cauliflower base Pizza!

Blend up 1 whole cauliflower in food processor. (if u don’t have blender smash it to coarse paste)
Add 2 eggs & 2 cups mozzarella cheese, cayenne pepper (helps digestion), cumin seeds, cinnamon & parsley.

Mix well all the above.

Squeeze out excess liquid using nut bag (or muslin cloth).

Press mixture into a lightly greased (using coconut oil) pizza tray no more than 1 cm thick, pushing up around the edges to create a crust.

Bake in oven 140 degrees Celsius for 40 mins (until golden), Remove & let it cool & firm.

Top with ‘Leggos’ brand tomato paste & with your favorite toppings 😉
Turn oven up to 200 & bake until lightly browned (approx. 10 mins).
Slice & Serve.
